Whether the forum has invitation code registration enabled
Go to Admin Panel => Global => Registration & Access => Registration. Configure whether to enable invitation-based registration, the extended credits used for invitation rewards, the credit amounts for both the inviter and invitee, and whether successful invitation registrations automatically add each other as friends.

Edit administrator permissions
Users => User Groups => Others => Registration related
